DOD Skillbridge training plan required elements

As an employer running a SkillBridge program, you have to provide your potential intern with a training plan that meets requirements in the Department of Defense Instruction. Ruddershift will provide these as part of our SkillBridge-as-a-Service. The required training elements are listed here.

DOD Transition Assistance Program

The DoD Transition Assistance Program bolsters opportunities, services, and training for transitioning service members; the mandatory components are applicable for all service members who have at least 180 continuous days or more on active duty, including the National Guard and Reserve.
