We know you have choices, and we also know there’s a lot of those choices you have to make during your transition. Our SkillBridge program is designed by people who’ve walked in your shoes – we’ve served, we’ve taken advantage of the SkillBridge program ourselves, and we understand the need for guidance as you work towards your own separation and transition into a civilian career.

What sets us apart from the rest? We work to empower small businesses, not just the big names. Interviewing at the big companies can be daunting, and the jobs can be limited. With an estimated 33.2 million small businesses in America that account for 99.9% of all U.S. businesses, why stick to the 0.1%?
Small business are credited with 63% of all new jobs created from 1995 to 2021. Again, why focus on just 37% of the job market when you could look at the 100%?
We Understand the Transition
Ruddershift is employment-focused, of course. But additionally, we understand that the transition from military to civilian life is more than just finding employment. From your VA benefits filing to separation processing, household goods moves, and general support, we’ll be here with you through check-ins and discussions with our staff (who’ve been through all of that ourselves!) periodically throughout the SkillBridge internship.
